Job Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
• Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and reels that align with brand guidelines.
• Monitor trends, conversations, and audience engagement to optimize content performance.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visuals for social media.
• Track performance metrics and provide basic reports on campaign results.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Job Requirements / Skills

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
• Creativity and good writing skills for captions and short-form content.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with social media management tools like TikTok Studio or Meta Business Suite is a plus.
• Familiarity with basic design tools such as Canva or CapCut is an advantage.
