Job Summary
We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Job Requirements / Skills
- M.Sc Finance/Accounting, B.Sc Finance/Accounting, ACA/ACCA/CFA required
- Minimum of 10 – 15 years cognate experience with proven experience in a senior financial
- A candidate with experience in customer relationships and management.
