Job Summary
BIYI Signature is a premium menswear brand in Abuja. We are expanding rapidly and require a skilled General Manager to oversee daily operations, staff management, and business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead both front-end (customer service, sales, marketing) and back-end (production, QC, logistics) operations.
- Supervise staff performance and ensure SOP compliance.
- Oversee production schedules and timely delivery of orders.
- Manage inter-branch coordination between Gwarinpa and Wuse II.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and service delivery.
Job Requirements / Skills
- Proven experience in management or operations (fashion/garment industry is an advantage).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to drive is an added advantage.
